Participants will learn the difference between the two major types of bias and how they impact interpersonal relationships and workplace atmosphere.
Participants will become familiar with a myriad of bias types and will be able to identify the influence of their own biases through authentic examples.
Participants will learn strategies for mitigating and reducing the impact of bias in their interpersonal relationships and the workplace.
